Lowell started her acting career when played the lead role in Dangerously Close. She then was a part-time actress as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. The actress played the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She was a regular on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005, before appearing back on the original series in 2022. 6] She was unhappy with her acting career, and was interested in attending New York University to study documentary filmmaking.
