
Lowell started her acting career when played the lead role in Dangerously Close. She then was a part-time actress as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. The actress played the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996).
